SE 16 Pc Professional Wood Carving Chisels with Cloth Pouch
I just recieved this for a xmas gift for my brother. All the chisels seem to be very sturdy and decently built for the price. The canvas case it came in is also very nice and solid. For the price if your looking for a cheap decent gift Id say go for it. Better than anything I saw at any of the hobby shops.
These chisels are fine. For all but the softest woods, you will need to use a rubber mallet or similar tool to drive the chisel through the wood (thus the name “chisels”). If you are looking for a set of hand-carving tools to do fine detail work driving the tool with just your fingertips, these are not what you want.
The chisels do not hold edge. I do not know how you can put them in a professional catagory.
